The official version of everything
Who We Are
Soulsync is a community of Life Coaches and Organization Development Consultants committed to helping people, leaders, teams, and organizations grow from the inside out.
Our coaches and consultants are continuously developed and equipped through learning, practice, real-world experience, and personal growth. We believe that before we can meaningfully support others in their journey, we must also be deeply committed to our own.
At Soulsync, we don't position ourselves as people who have everything figured out. We are practitioners of growth—constantly learning, reflecting, developing our craft, and becoming better at what we do so we can walk alongside the people and organizations we serve with greater understanding, competence, and heart.
Through Awakening, Organization Development, and Leadership Development, we create experiences and programs that help people reconnect with themselves, develop stronger leadership, build healthier teams, and create meaningful change within their organizations and communities.
Our MTP · Massive Transformative Purpose
This is the purpose behind everything we do.
To breathe life means helping people and organizations rediscover their purpose, connection, ownership, leadership, and capacity to grow.
We believe organizations are more than structures, processes, targets, and numbers. At the heart of every organization are people—and when people feel connected to themselves, to one another, and to a meaningful purpose, organizations become stronger and more alive.
That is why our work begins with the person and grows outward:
Whether we're working with one person, a leader, a team, or an entire organization, our role is to walk alongside them, create space for meaningful growth, and equip them to create change that continues beyond our programs.
Our Programs
Soulsync's programs are designed to meet individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations at different points in their growth journey—from personal awakening and team alignment to deeper leadership and organizational transformation.

A deeper development engagement for organizations that need ongoing coaching, learning, application, and accountability rather than a single workshop.

The engagement may be extended or renewed depending
on the organization's needs.

Soulsync Facilitator Agreement
At the heart of this agreement is something we deeply value in Soulsync: honoring energy exchange and creating relationships where everyone has the opportunity to grow and win.
Soulsync provides Facilitators with opportunities to earn through its different programs. These opportunities are based on the Facilitator's level, program assignment, participation, performance, and the financial sustainability of the engagement.
Facilitation opportunities are not guaranteed income. Program assignments and Facilitator fees are based on organizational requirements, readiness, certification, performance, and applicable program agreements.
| Soulsync Program | Eligible Facilitators | Income Opportunity |
|---|---|---|
| Awakening | Senior & Junior Facilitators Only | Facilitator Fee — limited and applicable only when program profit is available |
| 1-Day OD Session | Senior & Junior Facilitators Only | Facilitator Fee / applicable profit-sharing arrangement |
| OD Program | Senior & Junior Facilitators Only | Facilitator Fee / applicable profit-sharing arrangement |
| Next Level | Senior & Junior Facilitators Only | Facilitator Fee — applicable only when program profit is available |

Internal Facilitators are members of the Soulsync Facilitators' Guild and are part of the continuing Soulsync ecosystem. They may be involved in Awakening, Organization Development programs, Leadership Development programs, events, and other Soulsync initiatives depending on their qualifications, certification, availability, and the needs of the organization.
As Guild members, Internal Facilitators are governed by the applicable Soulsync agreements, policies, certification requirements, Facilitator Fee structures, and revenue-sharing arrangements.
Being part of Soulsync means being part of an ecosystem that supports the continued growth and development of its Facilitators. This includes access to Soulsync's support systems, program supplies and resources, learning materials and frameworks, continuous learning and development opportunities, community, Facilitators' Guild, and the collective knowledge, experience, and opportunities available within the organization.
Membership in the Guild provides continuing access to the resources, support, development, community, and opportunities made available by Soulsync. In turn, Internal Facilitators are expected to honor the structures and agreements that allow this ecosystem to remain sustainable for everyone.
For applicable OD and consulting engagements generated within the Soulsync ecosystem, the standard profit-sharing arrangement is:
This sharing applies when the Facilitator personally handles the relationship and closes the engagement.
1. The lead comes from Soulsync and/or other sources. The client or opportunity originated from Soulsync's network, programs, database, marketing, events, referrals, or other lead-generation activities.
2. The Facilitator is part of Soulsync and is learning and developing through Soulsync. The Facilitator is a member of the Facilitators' Guild as described above.
3. The Facilitator closes the lead. This is an important part of being a Soulsync Facilitator. For OD engagements especially, the Facilitator should participate directly in the conversations leading to the engagement because fit, trust, chemistry, and alignment between the Facilitator and the organization matter. The Sales Team should therefore not automatically close OD engagements on behalf of Facilitators. Facilitators are expected to develop not only their ability to facilitate, but also their ability to build relationships, understand organizational needs, communicate their value, and close their own engagements.
Facilitators need to learn how to close, too.
The Facilitator receives 70% because the Facilitator is primarily responsible for running and delivering the entire program or engagement. The Facilitator owns the client-facing delivery and is expected to maintain the quality and outcomes of the engagement.
Soulsync receives 30% in consideration for the ecosystem and support made available to the Facilitator. What that share represents is set out in full below.
Where Operations Support is provided for these engagements, it is limited to:
Preparation of contracts · Preparation of proposals · Collections
The Facilitator remains responsible for client relationship management, closing, preparation for delivery, and actual program execution, unless otherwise agreed.
A Facilitator may choose to request that the Soulsync Sales Team or an assigned Closer handle the closing process. When a Sales Team member or Closer materially handles and successfully closes the engagement, the sharing changes to:
The Facilitator receives 50% because the Facilitator remains primarily responsible for running and delivering the program. Soulsync retains its 30% share. The Sales Team member or Closer receives 20% for successfully handling the sales and closing responsibility for the Facilitator. The intention is to compensate Closers meaningfully for creating business for Facilitators, giving capable salespeople a strong reason to actively pursue and successfully close opportunities.
If you close your engagement, you retain the larger share. If someone closes it for you, we reward the person who helped create that business.
Closing is not separate from being an effective OD Facilitator or Consultant. Particularly in Organization Development, the client is not simply buying a program—they are choosing the person they will trust to enter their organization, work with their people, understand their challenges, and facilitate their development. The Facilitator therefore needs to be part of that relationship from the beginning.
Learning to close develops the Facilitator's ability to:
Sales can support the Facilitator. Soulsync can generate opportunities. But the Facilitator should also develop the capability to create and close business.
In recognition of this shared ecosystem, all Organization Development (OD) program fees handled by Internal Facilitators shall be subject to a 30% Soulsync share.
This applies to new contracts, renewals, extensions, and succeeding or continuing engagements.
For as long as the Facilitator remains part of Soulsync and the Soulsync Facilitators' Guild, the 30% Soulsync share shall apply to all applicable OD program fees.
A contract signed and established by the Facilitator before becoming part of Soulsync runs to the end of its existing term under whatever arrangement it was signed. The 30% share does not apply retroactively to the remainder of that original term.
Any renewal, extension, or continuing engagement that begins while the Facilitator is part of Soulsync is a new engagement and is subject to the 30% share.
For those who may ask, "What is the 30% Soulsync share for?"—the 30% is not simply a fee or deduction from a Facilitator's earnings. It represents the Facilitator's contribution toward sustaining the ecosystem, resources, opportunities, and support that make our shared work possible.
Soulsync believes that when opportunities, resources, knowledge, and growth are shared, the value created should also be shared fairly. The 30% allows both the Facilitator and the organization supporting the work to participate in the abundance created through the engagement.
Soulsync continuously creates opportunities through its network, relationships, programs, frameworks, content, context, and organizational experience. The share recognizes the value of the platform and foundation from which Facilitators are able to learn, grow, serve, and create further opportunities.
Guild members become part of a community where Facilitators can learn from one another, exchange experiences, collaborate, receive feedback, develop their craft, and grow alongside people who share the same commitment to the work.
Facilitators may have access to Soulsync supplies, materials, tools, and other program resources necessary for their engagements. These resources are entrusted to Facilitators with the expectation of responsible use, proper handling, accountability, and care.
Facilitators are supported by the systems and people working behind the scenes—including, where applicable, documentation, proposals, contracts, invoicing, collections, coordination, program preparation, administrative support, and other operational requirements that allow Facilitators to focus more fully on delivering excellent work.
Soulsync invests in the continued development of its Facilitators through learning opportunities, coaching, feedback, program frameworks, materials, shared practices, and opportunities to deepen their capability as Facilitators and Organization Development practitioners.
The 30% helps Soulsync continue building the systems, programs, resources, community, and opportunities that benefit both current and future Guild members. It allows the ecosystem to continue growing instead of depending solely on individual engagements to survive.
Ultimately, the 30% represents a shared commitment: Soulsync commits to continually provide an ecosystem that supports the Facilitator's growth and practice, while the Facilitator commits to honoring the organization, resources, opportunities, and community that support their work.
It is our way of practicing what we believe in—abundance is meant to circulate. Value is honored with value. And when we grow together, we share in what we create together.
We understand that growth can take people in different directions, and we genuinely respect that. Every Facilitator is free to choose the professional path, community, and arrangement that feels aligned with where they are and where they want to go.
If, at any point, an Internal Facilitator feels that the 30% Soulsync share is no longer an arrangement they wish to be part of, they are absolutely free to step away from Soulsync and the Facilitators' Guild and continue their practice independently.
There will be no ill will, no bad blood, and no closing of doors. We will always appreciate the journey, contribution, and experiences we shared together, and we will sincerely wish them well in whatever they choose to build next.
At the same time, choosing to remain part of Soulsync means choosing to participate in—and honor—the shared structure that sustains the ecosystem. Therefore, for as long as a Facilitator remains an Internal Facilitator and member of the Soulsync Facilitators' Guild, the applicable 30% Soulsync share remains in effect.
External Facilitators are professionals who may be invited or engaged by Soulsync for specific programs, events, or other engagements, but are not members of the Soulsync Facilitators' Guild.
Their involvement may vary depending on the needs of a particular program or event. An External Facilitator may or may not participate in other Soulsync activities, and involvement in one engagement does not automatically create involvement in future or succeeding Soulsync programs or events.
Because External Facilitators are engaged on a specific or agreed-upon basis, they shall be compensated through Facilitator Fees based on the rate, scope, and terms mutually agreed upon for each particular engagement.
Engagement as an External Facilitator does not, by itself, constitute membership in the Soulsync Facilitators' Guild or provide entitlement to the continuing benefits, resources, support systems, learning and development opportunities, community, programs, or other privileges and opportunities available to Guild members. External Facilitators shall therefore remain subject to the specific Facilitator Fee and engagement terms agreed upon with Soulsync, rather than the continuing membership arrangements applicable to Internal Facilitators.
All Facilitators assigned to deliver or participate in on-stage program segments during Awakening are required to be present and actively participate in Day 0.
Day 0 participation is an important part of the Awakening Facilitator experience. Facilitators are expected to observe the overall program preparation, support the Staffers, and understand the behind-the-scenes work required to create and hold the Awakening experience.
Both Facilitators and Staffers are expected to free their schedules and be fully present for the time they have committed to Awakening. Once we say yes to an Awakening schedule, we honor that commitment by giving the program, the team, and our participants our full presence.
As Facilitators, we also recognize that Staffers look to us for leadership and example. The culture we demonstrate becomes the culture they learn. When Facilitators are consistently present, engaged, and willing to support beyond their own assigned modules, we encourage our Staffers to show the same level of commitment.
For this reason, Facilitators are expected to avoid coming and going during the program based solely on their assigned airtime or module schedule. Our responsibility to Awakening extends beyond the moments when we are facilitating on stage.
We do not ask our Staffers to demonstrate a level of commitment that we ourselves are unwilling to model. In Awakening, leadership is not only what we do on stage—it is how we show up before, during, and after our airtime.
Scribing is an essential part of the Facilitator learning and certification journey. It is designed to provide exposure not only to the modules themselves, but to the full experience of how a Soulsync program is prepared, delivered, and completed.
Certification is based on readiness, competence, commitment, and the quality of module delivery, rather than simply completing a required number of airtimes.
The purpose of this process is not simply to complete certification requirements, but to ensure that every Facilitator who becomes certified is truly ready to hold the space, honor the program, and deliver an experience worthy of the people we serve.
Soulsync's intention is not to make Facilitators dependent on the organization for income. Soulsync provides an ecosystem through which Facilitators can learn, develop, gain exposure, access opportunities, build credibility, meet potential clients, and deliver programs with organizational support. At the same time, Facilitators are expected to develop their own ability to network, build relationships, generate leads, sell, close, facilitate, and retain clients.
This policy is not intended to restrict anyone's opportunities or independence. It exists to provide clarity, fairness, sustainability, and mutual respect—both for the Facilitators who choose to grow within Soulsync and for those who choose to practice independently. We believe that healthy partnerships allow people to freely choose where they belong while also honoring the agreements of the community they choose to be part of.
We honor the Facilitator. We honor Soulsync. We honor each person's freedom to choose. And we honor the exchange that allows everyone to grow.
This keeps the model very clear: Facilitators aren't employees waiting for assignments—they're developing into facilitators/consultants who can eventually build business themselves.
